The power of language and the role of interpreting
I am very pleased about my contribution to the article “The power of language” in the current issue of Weser Wirtschaft. The article vividly describes the importance of language in a working world shaped by globalization and digitalization.
Interpreting plays a central role as a linguistic bridge builder, especially when it comes to ensuring smooth communication at international events and conferences.
The increasing use of distance interpreting and hybrid event formats poses new challenges for our industry, since in addition to purely linguistic competence, the know-how of adequate technologies and minimum organizational requirements must be available to ensure the success of such events. In addition, the topic of leadership, especially of diverse teams in an intercultural context, is becoming increasingly important.
Since we offer our customers this range of services and competencies as a full service from a single source, I believe we are ideally positioned to meet the new requirements of our industry.
